H-1B Cap Count Update May 26, 2011

 

As of May 26, 2011, approximately 13,100 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted.

In addition, USCIS has receipted 9,000 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees (Masters or higher).
