Because your child is only 13 years of age, he or she can't petition for your permanent residency in the United States yet.
If you are not married, your other options would be employment, investor, student, exchange visitor, etc.
For a work visa or an employment based green card, a U.S. petitioner will have to offer you a job and agree to petition for you. They start the immigration process by filing an appropriate petition with the USCIS.
